After the Alignment stage, once the search begins, you will receive a tracking spreadsheet similar to this one:

All deliveries will follow this structure, and the data will update automatically from our internal search system. You can monitor every step of the project in real time.

Brazil’s official time zone (BRT) is GMT-3, covering the vast majority of the population and all major cities.

All professionals we recommend are prepared to adjust to your company’s time zone and collaborate with your team.

For example, if you are in GMT-8, a “normal workday” for the professional would run approximately from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

If you evaluate the candidates in a shortlist and none of them meet the requirements, we will send a new batch of candidates.

We commit to delivering up to three shortlists in total. If, after the third shortlist, none of the candidates meet the minimum requirements for the role, we will refund 100% of the opening fee.

If the hired professional leaves, voluntarily or through termination, we commit to replacing them for the entire duration of your plan’s warranty period. This period is counted from the candidate’s start date at your company.

You only need to notify us by email within the warranty period.

If any of the other candidates from the initial shortlist fit the role, you may hire one of them immediately. If none of them meet the requirements, we will restart the search at no additional cost.

The full process takes 7 business days from the start of the search.

Here is the flow:

1. Human Email or AI Talent Specialist — Alignment Stage: You answer a few questions about the role.

2. Our team reviews your Alignment answers. We send you our questions, comments, and observations.

3. We produce a formal Alignment Document. This ensures we fully understand the professional profile and the objective of the search.

4. You may request any edits to the document The goal is perfect clarity and alignment before we start.

5. You approve the Alignment Document and pay the opening fee. We then begin the search, and you will receive 3–5 qualified candidates within 7 business days.

In Brazil, the most common model for non-employees is to open an individual company, a very simple process.

We will assist the selected professional with this setup. Practically speaking, you will be contracting a service provider company. This company will have only one owner and one worker: the professional you hired.

Operationally and bureaucratically, it works exactly like contracting any other vendor or service provider.

Any confidential information should be highlighted during the Alignment stage.

If needed, we can run the entire process on a fully confidential basis, meaning we do not disclose your company name or any identifying information at any stage. Protecting your data and confidentiality is one of our highest priorities.
